Anyone have experience with Lifestyle RV in Mesa, Arizona? I’m taking the coach in for several warranty repairs.

I was there 3 weeks ago…go somewhere else. I was in Tucson and needed repairs so Alan from warranty told me to call them and make a appointment. I made one which was a week out and I moved the RV up there. I sent all pictures and explaining all issues. The day before the appointment I called making sure we were set for the next day, they said they will send a mobile tech out to check the issues. Tech checks issues and states no way they can fix it. WTF… I then was sent to RV Renovators who put band aids on my issues, because Alan was not giving the right amount of time to repair. The RV Renovators I was very happy with and evergreen has done business with them.

That’s not a big issue in my opinion. Of course they need to look at it first. We dropped our coach off today and they seem responsible and experienced. I’ll let you know how it goes once they work on it.

Well they’re not the most organized shop but they’re an authorized lifestyle shop and clearly know about these trailers. They got me in and out in 2 days and prepared all the warranty items to get approval from Lifestyle. We’ll have to come back when the parts come in for the actual repairs but so far so good.
