If you have changed your Email Address since you originally registered on the Owners Club & Forum or the old TapaTalk Forum, you need to update your “Profile” page on the Owners Club with your correct & present Email Address. The system automatically sends out “Expiration Notices” to the listed email address at 30, 15, and 7 days prior to your Membership Expiration Date. If your email address in your Profile Page is not the correct one, you will not receive these notifications and your Account will expire and be de-activated without your knowledge.
We currently have several Members that accounts have been de-activated and they’re not aware of it because they have not updated their correct email address. They will not know this until they try to log in again and until they have a problem or issue with their RV and try to get assistance.
You can get to your Profile Page by going to the “Membership Info” tab in the main menu, then in the drop-down menu click on “My Membership Account”. When your Membership Account Page opens, click on the “Edit Profile” link directly under what shows to be your current listed email address. If that email address shown is correct, there is no need for you to update.
IMPORTANT: If you do the update (change your email address), you will be sent a confirmation email at the new email address. You MUST click & confirm in that confirmation email or it WILL NOT take effect.
