I screwed up. 😳

So, tried the water one morning and there had been a water leak at park and water was shut off. I was going out of town that morning, so I left. Five days later, I get back and there is water pouring out from under tank/ cover area.  I guess I had tried the hot water that morning and left the valve open when I realized there was no water and I was mad. lol

Issue I am having now is that before, I could usually go a week and probably more before draining the grey tank, but now it seems like every few days it starts leaking again if I don’t leave the grey tank valve open.  Did the grey tank get so heavy with overflow of water that what likely broke, or came loose due to the weight?  I have been afraid to take off the cover and look in there. lol
