        Consumer Reports has rated many all-purpose cleaners and has rated Mr. Clean All-Purpose Cleaner No. 1. Got a bottle and it is great! They rated it high on cutting grease, on cleaning windows, and nearly everything else. We’ve usually paid attention to Consumer Reports and find that their ratings are usually right. The wood in our units can be cleaned with this because the wood is sealed with polyurethane. I sprayed it on the dining table, wiped it off, and it looks great. Same with the cabinets.

        Ever try “Great Stuff”? It can be found at one of the Dollar Stores. I am not sure which chain. Been using it for years and it is not only inexpensive but works.

        I have been using simple green for years. Does a good job on the roof also.
