DP,
i have a 2010 Cameo so should be pretty close.
in utility closet wher you hookup incoming shore water, cable tv, etc, you have a curly hose with shower handle or garden hose sprayer. take that shower head or sprayer off the curly hose (with water faucets turned off!!). At top right is inlet for filling the fresh water holding tank. about half way down, again on the right is another inlet. the lower one feeds the flush. The flush goes through a one way anti-siphon valve in the bathroom under the sink. Screw the curly hose into that lower inlet. Open the black water drain valve (important). open faucets if on shoe water water starts running. if not turn on pump provided your fresh water tank has water in it.
if you have not done this before or in a long time, it is smart to have someone in the bathroom to look under the sink to be sure the valve is not leaking. it happens more than we would like. if it is leaking, replace with a good metal one not cheap plastic.
Another way to flush the black tank is to have an almost full grey tank. drain the black tank as usual. After the black has stopped draining, leave the black tank drain open and open the grey tank. Run the grey into the black for 20-25 seconds, then close grey valve. let the black completely drain. when black tank has finished draining, repeat. for me that is usually plenty of flush and the final drain comes out clean. I then add about 5-10 seconds of grey into the black before closing the black and letting the grey finish draining and close. Thu always something in there to slush around and break down the solids and paper. This non red for the power flush.
if yours is not clean after two of those 20 second flushes from grey, you just need to do it regularly. never leave the black tak drain open at a campsite. it allows teepees of solids to pile up. that is why the power flush was created. it usually sprays directly down below the toilet drain.
hope this helps.
