3M Model B2 Water Filter Cartridge

My water pressure / flow was going downhill so I temporary bypassed the unit with a supplied bypass plug.  I have done a search to purchase a replacement filter and found out the many suppliers are out of stock and the ones available are selling them for $150.  Does anyone have a source of supply for these replacement cartridge filters or another brand that works with the unit?  Also, I know of a Cameo unit that doesn’t even have a water filter system installed so I’m wondering if I really even need to worry about replacement this cartridge due to the cost and just leave it in bypass mode.

We used to use the much larger B3 filters but they got very expensive so now I get this one off of Amazon. Same size as the B3, made by 3M, fits perfectly  and haven’t noticed any difference. Same great performance.
