      Anyone know where I could get another Louvered closet door? I fell down the steps doing laundry and broke the closet door. I will try to attach a photo as soon as I can get the picture downsized. Cracked it all the way down the side next to the hardware.

        You can send a picture of the door to any number of cabinet door makers online, and they should be able to match it.  Finish might be something you will have to do.

          I hated the louvered doors! Hubby removed them and I replaced them with curtains ~ easy peasy! Safer too! Eliminates falls in that tight space!

            2cv/all,

            I had not thought of that, but removed the sliding mirrors in bedroom for same reason – much easier to get past and get into the closet.

            Thanks, I needed a new project to add to the list..

              I had actually considered that but someone else said, that it would look ugly. I’m of the mind that ugly is better than a broken hip or neck!! Thanks for the idea!
