I have a 2012 Cameo 37RSQ. I was draining the Black tank and started the flusher. Only seconds later I noticed water coming out under the tank. The leak stopped when I turned off the Flusher. It was clear water so suspect it is a leak from the flusher. Was wondering if anyone can tell me where I would get access to the Flusser? According to my manual it is a B&B Molders Flusher.  The diagram seems to show the location near the bottom center of the tank. Either take out the wall inside basement area or underneath and take out the many screws and the under covering?  Any suggestions would be helpful.

I believe the flusher is routed to a one way anti-siphon valve located below the sink’s countertop in the bathroom. Mine has failed and leaked there. Replace it with a metal not plastic one if that is the case.

from there the line goes back down into the basement behind the rear black wall of the main storage area. You will find the pen pipe running into the tank next to where the toilet drains into it and the vent goes up from it. Any one of those pipe connections could be leaking.

I have heard that some have forgotten to open the black tank drain valve before turning on the flusher and have filled the tank with the flusher to the point that it blew out the seal where the toilet or vent or flush valve enter the tank.

best of luck. Report what it turns out to be.

Thanks, JohnD222.  When we arrived back home, I started to trouble shoot the system.  I found the check valve under the bedroom sink. It was not leaking but I replace the plastic valve with a Brass check valve anyway. I powered the system up, letting it run for 10 minutes while tracing the pex pipe all the way down to the area where the flusher attaches to the black tank. Unfortunately, or fortunately I found no leaks anywhere in the flusher line while flushing the black tank. So, I still don’t know where that water was coming from.  We are leaving again on a 2-month trip so, will be able to check more on normal usage.  Thanks again JohnD222 for your response.

I had the same thing happen but haven’t checked it yet. I just use an external flusher or the wand. The guy I bought it from said it didn’t work very well anyway. Mine seemed to be leaking from under the main floor and my suspicions are that a pipe came loose on top of tank. That is where the sound of the water spraying came from. I can’t remember but I’m almost 100% certain that I did open the black tank drain valve before charging it but hey I’ve done stupid things before.  LOL. JOHND222 you are a wealth of knowledge and expertise on these Carriages. THANK YOU!  Keith A 2009 36SBQ 40th Anniversary model. I’ve just about got her back in shape. I need to adjust the big slides but that’s another thread. I’ve done a bunch of stuff but won’t put that here.
