After removing batteries for the winter and keeping them on a float charger, I reinstalled them in my 5’r and then went to lower the jacks to the ground ,the Bigfoot control panel appears to be dead , nothing lights up , everything in the trailer appears to be working except the Bigfoot control panel . Is the fuse for the bigfoot system the 30 amp one the comes out the control panel box next to the battery disconnect switch ? That fuse appeared to be blown , so replaced it and still nothing lighting up on the panel , is there another fuse I am missing ? All was well when I put the trailer away for the winter, any ideas out there ? Thanks.

I took my 2011 out of winter storage and when I went to use the bigfoot jacks the panel all lights up, but the lit screen is blank instead of showing the options to select.  I tried the jacks and they operated is if in manual mode so I hooked up and left for PA.  Now the rear jacks, which are fully retracted, will not go down, no noise, the pump will come on to retract them but not to lower them.  Fortunately, the fronts seem to be working in manual both for lowering and retracting, screen still lit but blank.  I have tried unplugging and replugging all the harnesses in the controller and the panel, no change.  Anybody know if I need a new controllor or new panel screen, or both or something else.  I never have liked using the auto leveling, preferred manual mode, but it would be nice to be able to use the rear jacks.  Thanks

          Cummins,

Go back a page or two in the topic and you will find contact info for BigFoot Tech folks. Great after sale support decade later.

Big Foot has great service after the sale. Their service contact number is 269-503-3783. If your jacks aren’t retracting you may need to replace the “pins” on the side of your jabks. They tell tour controller they are up or down. call their service and tell them your issue and they will walk you thru.  good luck

Thanks, I did get hold of Roy in Florida, very fast response who gave me the contact, Patrick, at Quadra in Michigan and have ordered the parts.  Unfortunately they will not replace just part of the controls so it was just under $800, should be here tomorrow, will let you all know if that fixes my problem.  Since I prefer to level in manual mode anyway, I probably should have bypassed the system and just installed 4 toggle switches to operate the 4 jacks….didn’t have the time to figure that one out yet!

So, the parts came, front sensor unit, controller panel with new wiring harness between the two, an additional toggle switch with wires to disconnect power to the control panel when not in use.  This is an upgrade from the Gen 2 system that was on my Cameo and they now recommend removing the rear sensor and wiring (which I did) and using only the front sensor, as well as adding the disconnect toggle switch to remove power from the panel when not in use, which I did.  It was pricy, at almost $800, but the good news is that it fixed my problems and everything works as it should now.  Great help from Roy in Florida in diagnosing what I needed and Patrick at Quadra in getting the parts out to me.  Thanks, everyone here on the forum as well.

I also ordered the same kit and it totally fixed my problem, the factory never installed the disconnect switch so that may have caused the problem I was having, as power was on 24-7 .
